March 2016 Paper Pumpkin - Alternative Ideas




Happy Sunday everyone!

Today I decided to go out of the Paper Pumpkin Box. I decided to make cards using the Paper Pumpkin Kit. I've made six cards so far using the designer paper envelop. There are four of the same envelopes in the kit. If I decided to make the same designs of these cards I'll be able to make 24 cards. I will be able to make some of the gift cards too! How awesome is that? I loveeeee the Paper Pumpkin Kits!

I have to tell you this is an awesome month for Stampin' Up and Paper Pumpkin! We are celebrating the 3rd Birthday. The April Paper Pumpkin Kit will include an extra exclusive stamp!! Card #1:

1. Card base: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, Bermuda Bay CS, score at 4-1/4 & fold.
2. Center a Tea Lace Paper Doily to the card base and glue it.
3. Trim one of the flap from the envelop designer paper, glue on top of the Tea 
    Lace Paper Doily.
4. Cut a piece of Crumb Cake CS to 3-1/2 x 1/4 and trim the edges with the 
    Paper Snip Scissors in an angle.
5. Punch out a 1-3/8 circle in Soft Suede CS.
6. Punch out a 1-1/4 circle in Whisper White CS and stamp the greeting in 
    Bermuda Bay Ink.


Card #2:

1. Card base: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, Whisper White CS, score at 4-1/4 & fold.
2. Cut a piece of Chocolate Chip CS to 4 x 5-1/4, glue it to the card base.
3. Center a Tea Lace Paper Doily to the card base and glue it. 
4. Trim the other flap from the envelop designer paper, glue on top of the Tea 
    Lace Paper Doily.
5. Cut a piece of Bermuda Bay CS to 3-3/4 x 1/2 and trim the ends using the 
    Banner Punch.
6. Cut a piece of Chocolate Chip CS and glue to the piece of Bermuda Bay CS 
    banner.
7. Punch out a 1-3/8 circle in Soft Suede CS.
8. Punch out a 1-1/4 circle in Whisper White CS and stamp the greeting in 
    Bermuda Bay Ink.


Card #3:

1. Card base: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, Whisper White CS, score at 4-1/4 & fold.
2. Cut a piece of Crumb Cake CS to 1-1/2 x 5-1/4. Tape the white Metallic 
    Glitter tape on the left edge of this piece.
3. Cut the piece of DSP to 2-3/8 x 4.
4. Cut a piece of Bermuda Bay CS to 2-1/2 x 3.
5. Cut a piece of Crumb Cake CS to 3-1/2 x 1/4 and trim the edges with the 
    Paper Snip Scissors in an angle.
5. Punch out a 1-3/8 circle in Soft Suede CS.
6. Punch out a 1-1/4 circle in Whisper White CS and stamp the greeting in 

    Bermuda Bay Ink.
7. Punch some hearts using in the Hearts Border Punch in Bermuda Bay CS, 
    Soft Suede CS & Chocolate Chip CS.


Card #4:

1. Card base:  5-1/2 x 8-1/2, Whisper White CS, score at 4-1/4 & fold.
2. Cut a piece of Crumb Cake CS to 4 x 5-1/4, glue to the card base.
3. Cut the DSP to 3-3/4 x 5, glue to the Crumb Cake CS.
4. Use the gold Metallic Glitter Tape and run it through the card.
5. Cut a piece of Crumb Cake CS to 2-1/2 x 2-1/2. Use dimensionals to the 
    center piece once it's completed.
6. Cut a piece of Bermuda Bay CS to 2-1/4 x 2-1/4, glue to the Crumb Cake CS.
7. Cut a piece of Whisper White CS to 2 x 2 & stamp the leaves in Crumb Cake 
    Ink. Stamp the greeting in Bermuda Bay Ink and glue to the Bermuda Bay 
    CS.


Card #5:

1. Card base:  5-1/2 x 8-1/2, Whisper White CS, score at 4-1/4 & fold.
2. Cut a piece of Bermuda Bay CS to 4 x 5-1/4, glue to the card base.
3. Cut a piece of 3-1/2 x 4-3/4. Randomly stamp the dots, using the stamp 
    from Endless Birthday Wishes Stamp Set in Soft Sky Ink. 
4. Punch to Washi Labels using he Washi Labels Punch from the DSP and 
    Bermuda Bay CS. Stamp the greeting from the Endless Birthday Wishes 
    Stamp Set in Chocolate Chip Ink. Center these pieces and glue. Use some 
    Rhinestone Basic Jewels. Center this piece to the Bermuda Bay CS and glue.


Card #6:

1. Card base:  5-1/2 x 8-1/2, Whisper White CS, score at 4-1/4 & fold.
2. Cut a piece of Crumb Cake CS to 4 x 5-1/4. Emboss it using the Decorative 
    Dots Embossing Folder. Glue to the card base.
3. Cut a piece of Whisper White CS to 3-1/2 x 4-3/4. Using the leaves from the 
    Paper Pumpkin Stamp Set, randomly stamp the leaves in Crumb Cake Ink & 
    Soft Sky Ink. Glue to the Embossed Crumb Cake CS.
4. Cut a piece of Crumb Cake CS to 2-1/2 x 3-1/4. Punch two pieces of Whisper 
    White CS & DSP. Stamp the greeting to the Whisper White CS pieces in 
    Bermuda Bay Ink. Center & glue these pieces to the Crumb Cake CS piece.
5. Punch two banners in Bermuda Bay CS using the Banner Punch. Glue these 
    two pieces to the back of the Crumb Cakes SC piece. Glue to the card base 
    using dimensionals.
